Personal information collected on-line

The National Bank of Oman provides information about its products and services on the company web site www.nbo.co.om When you are simply browsing this web site, we do not collect, capture, or retain your personal information. When you access NBO NetB@nk you have to first register with our secure web site at https://netbank.natbankoman.com/ and provide basic contact information like your address, phone number, fax number, email address etc. We use this information to contact you for any services or requests related to NBO NetB@nk. You, as the User, agree that the Bank may hold and process Personal Information and all other information concerning your Account/s in connection with your NBO NetB@nk service. This information will be held by the Bank in conformance with the laws of the Sultanate and guidelines prepared by the Central Bank of Oman.

User identification and cookies
